Natural Therapies???

I know there are many self help options in the main stream environment now - Chemist shops, Health Food shops, supermarkets, magazines articles, books, internet, practitioners and visiting speakers. As a practitioner and workshop presenter/educator I'm always interested in what motivates people, what changes peoples attitudes and lifestyle, what avenues of communication finds people and what makes people want a longer and happier life.

Ayurveda and Natural Therapies give a person the opportunity to take some responsibility for one's own health and Well-Being. It depends how involved each person wants to be in their own Mind/Body/Spirit complex. How one's own self observations then change old patterns of behaviour. Its a never ending day by day practise as long as you have a consciousness. Diet, exercise, lifestyle, etc are all tools one can use to make educated choices to focus on living a long and happy life.
What pushes your buttons when you look for a practitioner in the Natural Therapies?
